Spin of Hope is the Nordic region's largest spinning event in the fight against childhood cancer and as a gold sponsor of Team Rynkeby Malmö, we are pleased to host the event at Emporia.

Last weekend it was once again time for the annual Spin of Hope at Emporia - a one-day event where Steen & Ström and Emporia, in collaboration with Team Rynkeby Malmö, raise money for the Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation. For 10 hours, 65 spinning bikes were manned by a total of 330 enthusiastic participants and companies, who together raised a total of SEK 89,000.

Since the start in 2009, Spin of Hope has raised over SEK 52 million, involved over 1,600 organizers and had 182,000 participants. Emporia has been working with Team Rynkeby Malmö for over 10 years and has hosted Spin of Hope for the past four years. For those who don’t know, Team Rynkeby is a charity project focused on raising money for vital cancer research and support for affected children and their families. In 2025, Team Rynkeby has 68 teams from eight different countries, all of which will end the project year by cycling to Paris in early July.
