Steen & Strøm is a Scandinavian shopping center operator, with nine leading centers located in the most attractive marketplaces in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden and a total of almost 60 million visitors annually.
We have strong and stable owners in the Klépierre group and APG and we attract both local players and international retailers. We are a fully integrated member of Klépierre group,the European leader in shopping malls, combining property development and asset management skills, which holds a controlling stake in Steen & Strøm, 56.1% and the Dutch pension fund APG 43,9%.
Klépierre's portfolio is valued at €19.3 billion on December 31, 2023, and comprises large shopping centers in more than 15 countries in Continental Europe which together welcome more than 700 million visitors a year. Klépierre is a French REIT (SIIC) listed on Euronext Paris and is included in the CAC Next 20 and EPRA Euro Zone Indexes. It is also included in ethical indexes, such as CAC SBT 1.5, MSCI Europe ESG Leaders, FTSE4Good, Euronext Vigeo Europe 120, and features in CDP’s “A-list”.

Solid owners
KLÉPIERRE AND APG
Klépierre is the majority owner of Steen & Strøm with 56.1 % shares. Klépierre is Europe’s leading shopping center company, based in France. The company owns and operates properties throughout Europe and is listed on the Paris stock exchange. Klépierre’s main shareholder is the American Simon Property Group which is the World’s largest real estate company.
APG is a minority owner of Steen & Strøm with 43.9 % shares. APG is a pension fund for employers and participants in the Dutch government and education sector. The fund ranks as the third largest pension fund in the world.

Steen & Strøm has divest Galleria Bouelvard in Sweden for 470 MSEK. The total portfolio consists of nine shopping centers.
