Chay Vegan offers culinary vegan food in the Asian way. The ambition is to serve dishes and flavors from all parts of Asia in a vegan style.

By establishing at Emporia, we hope to reach more people in Malmö and visitors to Emporia with our cuisine. We are not only targeting those who already have an interest in a plant-based food culture, but also hope to inspire others to try our dishes, says Chay Vegan founder Dung Lam.
