We are happy to announce that Pierre Kubler has accepted a new position as Head of Leasing and Asset Management from 1 October 2023. Pierre has been with Steen & Strøm since July 2021, when he took on the role of Head of Asset Management. Before that, he has held several positions within Klépierre (one of Steen & Strøm's main owners) in Asset Management and Group Leasing.

Pierre will continue to be based in the Oslo office and be part of the management team at Steen & Strøm.

With this new role, we can consolidate two of our most important business areas, Leasing and Asset Management. There are many synergies between the business plan work and the leasing strategies of our centers, and I am therefore very pleased that we have been able to strengthen these, says Christian Brewaeys, CEO of Steen & Strøm.

Pierre Kubler will be supported by the new leasing organization, with Portfolio Leasing Managers Astrid Damgaard and Danijel Sivcevic, who will drive the leasing strategies together with local leasing managers in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
