INTERNAL RECRUITMENTS FOR THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
In June, we welcome two new members to Steen & Ström's management team responsible for leasing and asset management.
I am delighted with these internal recruitments, which show that we have skilled talents within the company and good opportunities to develop our employees cross-functionally within Scandinavia, but also internationally, says Steen & Strøm’s CEO Christian Brewaeys.
Astrid Damgaard has more than 10 years of leasing experience from DEAS A/S and as Leasing Manager and Portfolio Manager at Steen & Strøm Scandinavia.
I am very excited to have been given this opportunity to continue to develop and grow within Steen & Strøm and to do so together with a highly competent Scandinavian leasing team. Physical retail is in an interesting phase, and I look forward to continuing to expand my retail network and partnerships with our retailers and to a closer cooperation with Klépierre, our main owner.
Clarisse Boutin joined Steen & Strøm’s main owner Klépierre five years ago as an international corporate volunteer. Clarisse managed Steen & Strøm’s Swedish property portfolio before gradually expanding her scope to oversee the analyses of the entire Scandinavian portfolio:
I am thrilled to continue my growth at Steen & Strøm. I am confident that the different finance and asset management positions I held during the past years will allow me to further develop my team and contribute to Steen & Strøm’s success. Looking forward to this new challenge and to work closer to operations across Scandinavia to ensure value-creation in our portfolio.
Astrid Damgaard and Clarisse Boutin will join Steen & Strøm’s management team, reporting to Christian Brewaeys.
Pierre Kubler, current Head of Asset Management and Leasing has accepted the role of Group Head of Asset at Klépierre and will join the team in Paris during the summer.
I am extremely happy for Pierre and the opportunity he has been given within Klépierre. I have enjoyed working with him over the past three years, and I am sure he will continue to do very well in his new role at Klépierre, says Christian Brewaeys.
